Shoppers Drug Mart Announces Groundbreaking Partnership with Estée Lauder

TORONTO, April 19 /CNW/ - Shoppers Drug Mart today announced it has
entered into an agreement with Estée Lauder to sell their complete line of
prestige makeup and skincare products. This groundbreaking partnership will
see Estée Lauder products being first available at the Beauty BOUTIQUE™ in
Shoppers Drug Mart's 1,000th store, opening this month in Toronto.

association with Estée Lauder. Shoppers Drug Mart is the first major chain
drug store in North America to partner to this extent with the prestige brand

Shoppers Drug Mart's Beauty BOUTIQUE™ strategy began in 2003 and has
grown significantly to the point where there are 100 Beauty BOUTIQUEs with a
further 40 planned before year end. Shoppers Drug Mart will be able to not
only provide its customers with the products they want, but this partnership
will also serve as a strong platform from which to continue building its
prestige cosmetic market share in Canada.
Estée Lauder prestige brands currently available at Shoppers Drug Mart
include Clinique, Estee Lauder Fragrances, Sean John, DKNY and Tommy Hilfiger
